Boat and RV Loans The Credit Union offers a choice of two convenient repayment plans:

• FIXED, 5-YEAR PLAN, conventional loan amortizing your payment over a 5-year period, at the end of which you have paid the loan in full.

• 5-YEAR/12-YEAR BALLOON PLAN, in which your loan is amortized over a full 12 years, thus lowering your monthly payment. You would refinance the amount remaining at the end of 5 years. This plan gives you a lower monthly payment, making it possible to afford an RV that otherwise might have been out of reach because of the monthly payments. This plan makes sense for the boat or RV owners who are always looking toward their next boat or RV and tend not to own them for very long.
